By creating an account or using the Elegante app ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Elegante does not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behavior of any kind. Reported content and users are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours, including removing the offending content and ejecting the user who provided it.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Elegante. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Post, send, or share objectionable, obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, or sexually explicit content — in text, voice, or images;
Abuse, insult, degrade, stalk, or intimidate other users;
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity;
Solicit money, personal information, or engage in any fraudulent activity;
Violate any applicable law or regulation.

3. Content Moderation & Enforcement

All text messages are filtered for objectionable language before delivery.
Every user can report and block any other user directly from the app.
Blocked users can no longer contact you or be matched with you.
Our moderation team reviews every report and acts within 24 hours: content that violates these terms is removed, and offending users are suspended or permanently banned.
Accounts that receive multiple reports are automatically suspended pending review.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms — including any instance of objectionable content or abusive behavior. Suspended users may appeal by contacting support@eleganteapp.com.

5. Virtual Coins

Coins purchased in the app are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use features within the Service. Coins have no cash value and are not refundable except as required by law or the App Store's refund policies.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elegante is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or interactions with other users.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
