This policy explains what information Elegante collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Gender	Shown on your profile and used for match preferences
Country	Shown on your profile and used for match preferences
Profile photo	Shown on your profile and in match previews
Chat messages (text, voice notes, images)	Delivering your conversations; retained for safety and moderation

Voice calls are not recorded. Live voice calls (including random calls) are transmitted in real time and are never recorded or stored by Elegante.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate the Service: matching, calls, messaging, and your coin wallet;
To keep the community safe: enforcing our Terms of Use, filtering objectionable content, and reviewing user reports within 24 hours;
To send service notifications (e.g. incoming calls and messages) via push notifications;
To provide customer support.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Profile information (name, photo, gender, country) is visible to other users as part of the Service. We share data with service providers only as needed to run the app (e.g. cloud hosting, push notification delivery, real-time voice infrastructure), and with authorities when required by law.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@eleganteapp.com. Moderation records may be retained where required for safety or legal reasons.

5. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.

6. Children

Elegante is not intended for children. You must be at least 17 years old to use the app.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
